Slide Snap lets you capture the slides of the Google Slides presentation you are currently viewing in high resolution — exactly as they appear on screen — and save them as a PDF file on your device. All slide capture and PDF generation happens locally, inside your browser.

To operate paid features, Slide Snap collects and uses a single category of personal information:

• Email address The email address you used when purchasing a paid license. It is used to verify that your license is valid and to identify your purchase.

Slide Snap stores this email address and your license key in your browser's local extension storage. To keep your license status current, the extension re-validates it approximately every 24 hours by contacting the license verification service described in Section 6. This information is used solely for license verification.

Slide Snap does not do any of the following:

• Your slides & PDFs Captured slide content and generated PDF files are never transmitted to us. They are saved only to your device.
• Browsing activity We do not collect your web history, the pages you visit, or the contents of other tabs.
• Analytics & logs We do not collect usage statistics, analytics, or error logs.
• Sensitive credentials We do not collect or store passwords, authentication credentials, or payment card details.

To capture a slide in high resolution, Slide Snap temporarily accesses the visible content of your current Google Slides tab. This processing happens entirely within your browser. When capture finishes, the result is generated as a PDF and saved to the location you choose. We do not access, view, or retain your slide content or the PDFs you create.

Payments for paid features are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout page, payment card processing, and applicable taxes. Payment method details — such as card numbers or bank account information — are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. Slide Snap does not collect or store this payment information. Slide Snap uses the email address it collects only for the stated purpose of license verification. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. This is consistent with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use policy.

To verify your license, your license key and associated email address are sent to the Lemon Squeezy License API, the verification service operated by our payment provider. This is the only external party with which this information is shared, and it is shared only for the purpose of confirming that your license is valid.

All communication for license verification takes place over modern encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Your license key and email address are stored in your browser's local extension storage and are removed when you uninstall the extension. Because slide capture is performed on your device, captured data is never transmitted off your device by Slide Snap.

You can remove the email address and license key that Slide Snap stores at any time by uninstalling the extension, which clears its local storage. If you would like to ask about the information associated with your license, contact us using the details below.
